To provide administration section employing Participants to complete all administration and financial tasks & receptionist duties for RAC and associated businesses.

Employment Preparation Project
Maintaining Employment brokerage to enhance Participants' opportunities, increase their skills and experience by gaining fulltime employment, provide Participants with work experience opportunities and expose them to the working environment.

Redfern Aboriginal Corporation (RAC) is funded by DEEWR under its STEP ERS program.

The following services are available;

	Pre Employment Support Services The development of suitable Training courses for Aboriginal people in preparation to obtain and sustain long term employment.
	Employment Placement Services To develop, implement and provide strategies to assist Aboriginal people seek employment and sustain long term employment
	Mentoring Services When employment commences, ongoing Mentoring is provided to assist Aboriginal people to sustain long term employment.
